Do I need an appointment for an immunization?
Appointments are recommended, walk-ins can be accommodated subject to vaccine availability and scheduling. Call us at 506-575-8409 to book a time and skip the wait. Please bring your Medicare with you.
Which minor ailments can pharmacists prescribe for in New Brunswick?
Pink eye, urinary tract infections in uncomplicated cases, cold sores, shingles, allergic rhinitis, acid reflux, acne, dermatitis, hemorrhoids, menstrual pain, and several others. The list is expanding, call if you are unsure whether your concern qualifies.
How far in advance should I book a travel-health consult?
New travellers going internationally should book about 3 months out, as some vaccines need several weeks between boosters. Regular travellers, 4 to 6 weeks before departure is fine. Last-minute travellers are still worth seeing, we do what we can with the time available.
Can you fill my pet's prescription?
We can fill many prescriptions for your furry friends. We can also compound custom dosages of medications for your dog or cat ensuring they are getting exactly what they need.
Is my prescription information private?
Absolutely. We adhere to the NB Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act. Sensitive conversations are handled in our private consultation room whenever you ask.
